With a professional onboard instructor giving personalised guidance each lap, you'll have complete confidence to push your limits safely and experience the thrill at its fullest.

Meet the Founder
Ray began Race Faction Motorsports while pursuing his undergraduate studies, driven by a clear gap he observed in Singapore’s motorsports scene: high barriers to entry, inconvenient logistics, and a lack of transparent, professionally managed track-day experiences. Many enthusiasts were discouraged by the costs, complexity, and risks of bringing their own cars to the circuit. Race Faction was created to solve this problem.
Ray’s founding philosophy is centered on two principles: full-suite experiences and absolute transparency. Race Faction exists to make high-performance driving accessible without compromising safety, integrity, or professionalism. Every aspect of the business was designed to build long-term trust with customers and partners.
Through Race Faction Motorsports, Ray aims to build a regional motorsports experience platform rooted in reliability, community, and continuous improvement.
